By the looks of it, the video was shot only a few days ago by a man in Bangkok, who also uploaded it on YouTube.
Odds are that, when cornered, the python freaked out and regurgitated its meal so that it would be able to make a quick getaway without being held back by the fairly large meal sitting in its stomach, waiting to be digested.
I don't know about you, but I for one am pretty impressed by the size of the dog this snake managed to gulp down. And then puke.
