There is little denying that, should one happen to be an animal lover, a story about how several pups hit by mange got rescued is probably the best way to start the week.

The Boston Terrier-mix pups featured in the video above found themselves abandoned by their previous owner after getting mange from their mother.

Luckily for them, the staff at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center in Baldwin Park Ca. agreed to take them under their care, and provided them with the treatment they needed.

Although one of the pups died because of the severity of its mange, the remaining three managed to survive and eventually made a full recovery.

The people in charge of looking after them say that, once they began feeling better because of the medication they were being given, the pooches became more active and started showing off their personalities.
