The picture attached to this article is taken from the rehearsals for Miley's “Bangerz” tour and prompts the natural reaction of “what in God's green Earth is going on in that show?” Well, Miley's not telling, but she is sharing photos of what is going on backstage at the moment.

With less than a week left until the official start to her “Bangerz” Tour, Miley has begun promoting the event with sharing photos of the rehearsals on her Twitter account. She promises the show will be a memorable performance.

Billed to start in Vancouver, Canada, on February 14, which is the exact date for Valentine's Day, the tour then moves on to Europe in May, playing an additional 38 venues.

The inspiration for the show was said to be animated series “Ren & Stimpy,” but at the moment it looks like she's continuing that western influence she's debuted alongside Madonna for the “Unplugged” performance she did for MTV last week.

If there's any indication from the pop singer's recent behavior, there is one word that perfectly describes her upcoming tour, and that word is “shocking.” A look through the rest of the photos posted on her Twitter reveals a weird mixture of dancing routines with animals, revealing outfits, and a lot of tongue wagging.

“I hope people open their minds and they look at my tour as something that I do feel is educational for kids,” Miley told MTV in an interview last month, and added, “Because I think a lot of people aren't exposed to art enough and that's something that I had to learn about.”

The singer confessed she had a love for shocking people, saying, “It is fun for people to walk out and be like ‘Oh my God did she just do that?’ but there's so much that I do love about shock value, but then I really want there to be that core about the music.”
