The full video showcasing the Microsoft GDC 2015 panel called "The Future of Gaming Across the Microsoft Ecosystem" is now available for your viewing pleasure, with Xbox boss Phil Spencer confirming various major aspects like the Cross-Buy of PC and Xbox One games via the official store, or the 20% performance boost brought to games by DirectX 12, on the PC.

Microsoft hinted at some big things for PC and Xbox One gaming last year, and in January, it revealed that the new Windows 10 operating system to arrive on both those platforms, as well as on Microsoft's mobile devices, is going to have a single store and a dedicated Xbox app that allows PC users to stream Xbox One games to their computer.

However, Microsoft also promised that more goodies would be shared at GDC 2015 this month and the corporation stuck to its word, as Xbox boss Phil Spencer brought forth some big news to developers a few hours ago.

You can admire the full video of the impressive panel held by Spencer below, as it was fully recorded by Microsoft itself.

During the panel, Spencer mentioned some very big things, starting with the possibility to cross-buy games on both the PC and Xbox One. If you get a title on the Xbox One via the Store, you'll then be able to play it on the PC as well, without having to resort to the streaming service.

Besides this big news, Spencer also talked a bit about DirectX 12 and how it will bring a 20% performance increase to PC games as opposed to DirectX 11. Unfortunately, he didn't say just how big of a performance increase Xbox One games would get when Windows 10 and DirectX 12 would debut later this year.

Even so, you can check out the exciting presentation below.
