Chris Hadfield's five months aboard the International Space Station are over – unfortunately for space photo lovers –, and he's now heading back down to Earth along with the two other members of Expedition 34/35 he came up with last year.

The three astronauts, Expedition 35 Commander Chris Hadfield, Soyuz Commander Roman Romanenko and Flight Engineer Tom Marshburn, are already aboard the Soyuz 07M spacecraft that brought them to the ISS in the first place.

The Soyuz module will undock from the ISS at 7:08 pm EDT and will begin the deorbit at 9:30 PM EDT (1:30 AM UTC/GMT).

That's when live coverage of the landing will begin, to end when the three astronauts are safely inside the medical tent. The stream is available on Ustream and on NASA TV in several formats.

With Chris Hadfield departing, Russian cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov has taken command of the ISS, as Expedition 36 has officially started.
