Leopards are just like cats, except bigger and way scarier

Wildlife researchers have been telling us that leopards, tigers, and the like are not all that different to cats for years now. Still, it took a video showing one such seriously oversized feline purring its heart out to get us to believe them.

The video in question is available below, and it shows a leopard purring with excitement and joy as one daredevil casually massages its head and its neck.

By the looks of it, leopards like getting their head and their neck massaged about as much as average pet cats do. However, odds are not everybody enjoys massaging a leopard as much as they do stroking a kitten.

Word has it that the video was shot at Cedar Cove Feline Conservation Park in the city of Louisburg in Kansas, US, Metro tells us. This wildlife park serves as a home to felines whose owners have neglected them or can no longer look after them, the same source informs.

If the footage was indeed shot at this wildlife park in the US, one can only assume that staff at this facility are nothing if not committed to their work, and ready and willing to do everything in their power to make sure that the animals in their care are as happy as they could ever hope to be.
