Back at CES 2014, Lenovo introduced what it called the “world’s lightest 14-inch Ultrabook,” baptized the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, a product aimed at the professional market.

The company has added an official product video tour for the device, designed to show perspective customers what the machine can actually achieve.

The Ultrabook boasts a strong carbon fiber design that reportedly helps keeping the device safe from harm. Carbon is also lighter than other materials such as magnesium or aluminum.

Lenovo has bundled the so-called Adaptive Keyboard, which is capable of recognizing the software users are working with, in order to highlight the relevant keys.

More than that, Lenovo has equipped the X1 Carbon with both voice and gesture control, so users can interact with the device in various ways, and we can see those feats in the video too.

Previously, the Ultrabook was said to be made available at the end of January, but the official Lenovo shop says the slim device is eligible for shipping in 4-5 weeks’ time.
