Many, many years ago there was a time when people actually carried around standalone devices devised with the sole purpose of taking photographs. There were no smartphones or other multi-purpose gadgetry like today, so people relied of good old point-and-shooters.

But that was so long ago nobody even remember, right kids? In the latest episode of Kids react to technology, children are given an “old” camera to interact with.

Most of them recognize the ‘90’s era analog point-and-shoot film camera, but some of them even admit to seeing such a shooter for the first time in their lives.

Kids are asked to take a picture with it, but they are pretty at a loss and can’t even tell whether the “thing” is on or not.

One of the little girls in the video actually tries to take a selfie with the camera, but the folks of Kids React explain the camera must be equipped with a film.

I’ll stop here with the detailing of the video, so as not to spoil the fun for you.

Before I conclude and let you watch the video, the camera featured in the episode is a Canon Sure Shot 85 Zoom which was manufactured in 1998 and was sold for $240 (about the equivalent of $350).
