The Olympic Games 2012 have officially kicked off in London last night and the opening ceremony brought what can only be the most awesome video ever shot for it: James Bond and the Queen parachuting down to attend it.
The video above shows James Bond escorting Her Majesty to the ceremony, from her room in Buckingham Palace to a private helicopter and then over the stadium.
Without a word but with much pouting from the always charming Daniel Craig, the latest Bond, the two jump from their helicopter ride and land in the stadium.
Immediately afterwards, the Queen makes her appearance to open the Games.
Below is a new “Skyfall” teaser trailer that has been released before the ceremony, no doubt in order to make the most of the media attention the second video would generate.
