Authorities decide to not make it pay a fine for traveling without a ticket

A video which recently hit the online community shows how a Jack Russell which goes by the name of Frankie succeeded in traveling from Kent to London by train, precisely during rush hour.

As its owners explain, the dog somehow managed to sneak out of its home without anyone noticing it, and blended in quite nicely with the other commuters heading towards the same destination.

Given the fact that Frankie decided to embark on this journey in the same week when its birthday was being celebrated, it can be argued that this Jack Russell underwent some sort of mid-life crisis and decided that the best way to settle it was to go out and explore the world.

Luckily, train manager Richard Cheeseman caught him and phoned its owners (the number was written down on the dog's collar), who later came and picked it up.

Being a first time offender, Frankie got away without having to pay a fine for traveling without a ticket.
