If everybody knew peeling hard-boiled eggs can be so easy, maybe we wouldn't be eating omelettes as often as we do

Not to offend chickens or anything of the sorts, but let's be honest here, hard-boiled eggs can sometimes prove seriously annoying to peel. So much so that some decide to have a cheese omelette instead.

Well, the good news is that, apparently, there is one very simple way to peel a hard-boiled egg in just a few seconds. No, really, watch the video below to see for yourselves.

Apparently, the trick is to submerge the darn things in a glass of water and then shake them around for a short while. Once you're done abusing them in this brutal manner, their shell should come right off.

No more feeling your blood pressure go up while trying to fix breakfast, no more worrying that bits and pieces of egg shell will fall and land on your brand new carpet. Just perfectly smooth hard-boiled eggs.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't yet had the chance to try this trick myself. Still, I am quite convinced that it actually works. I mean, the guy is this video doesn't look like he's trying to fool us, right?

These being said, let us all take a moment to think about all brain cells we will from now on save simply by not spending ages trying to peel boiled eggs. Yes, peace at last.
