Not so long has passed since I brought you news about GoPro’s new pooch-dedicated harness, which allows curious dog owners to mount two cameras on top of their pets.

The Fetch Harness might be able to give you a sense of what’s like to be a dog, but you might not be satisfied with this knowledge only.

Ever wondered what it would be like to be the prey for a large bird like a bald eagle? If that thought has crossed your mind during the late hours of the night and since then you’ve felt the need to visualize the complete experience, you’d be glad to know a GoPro camera has managed to capture the act of pray-snatching in all its glory.

In the video you’ll see a bunch of eagles flying overhead, but some specimens get attracted by the small GoPro lying in the grass. And it takes only a few seconds before one of them decides to descend in for the kill.

But as this short movie proves, the GoPro survived and owner Mason Colbly actually managed to retrieve it and post the content online. The eagle soon realized the metal thingy wasn't edible and abandoned it somewhere, leaving Colby to search hours for it. Sneaky eagle!
