The car knows what direction the fish wants to move in, abides by the swimmer's wishes

I have to admit that, until watching this video, I did not think all that much of fish and was therefore opposed to the idea of keeping one as a pet.

However, I think I would like to own a goldfish that not only has its own car, but is also able to drive it around.

The four-wheeler featured in the video above is the brainchild of Dutch image recognition company Studio Diip, Mirror reports.

The vehicle is fitted with computer vision software, which it uses to keep tabs on the fish's movements around its tank.

Whenever the fish moves forward, so does the car. When the swimmer decides to change direction, the vehicle follows its lead.

This means that, rather than spending its entire life in just one room, the fish can go about exploring the entire house.

Truth be told, it might be a while before such cars for pet fish hit the market. Still, I for one promise that, the day this happens, I will definitely get one.
