14 DAY TRIAL // Watch Dogs on the Wii U has apparently been canceled, at least according to GameStop's Italy division, which has been calling customers who pre-ordered the game on the Wii U and informing them that the title will no longer appear.
Watch Dogs was set to debut last year in November for a wide variety of platforms, including PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PS4, and Xbox One.
Unfortunately, Ubisoft took a last-minute decision and delayed the game into early 2014 so that it could polish the experience and deliver a great title.
Now, it seems that the Wii U edition of the game has been canceled altogether, at least according to Wiitalia, which claims that GameStop employees have begun calling those who pre-ordered Watch Dogs on Wii U to tell them that Ubisoft won't release the game for that platform.
As of yet, Ubisoft hasn't confirmed anything about such a plan, so it's unclear if Wii U owners are going to get Watch Dogs.
