14 DAY TRIAL // As if keeping animals in captivity weren't bad enough, some seem to think that teaching them how to behave strikingly similar to humans might be a rather entertaining thing to do.
The chimp featured in this video is currently living at a zoo in Ürümqi, western China and, as one can easily notice, it very much enjoys smoking. In fact, it likes cigarettes so badly that it puffs two at the same time.
Although some say that smoking helps one unwind and relax, this chimp looks anything but at ease with itself and the world to me.
Those in charge of running the zoo believe that the animal took up this nasty habit after several tourists threw lit cigarettes into its enclosure.
Just for the record, the chimp featured in this video is not the first to take up smoking while living in captivity.
