Watch: Bobcat Release Video Goes Viral

Judging by their size, nobody would expect bobcats to turn out to be rather aggressive fighters.

However, as this video shows, a trapped bobcat can be a bit of a menace, regardless of whether the people approaching it are trying to rescue it or harm it.

The two young men in this video came across a bobcat which somehow got caught in one of the traps they set out while hunting, and used a stick to pin it down and set it free.

However, the frightened animal put up quite a fight, because it had no idea that the two hunters posed no threat and simply wanted to help it.

“That was a very cool experience right there,” one of the men says after rescuing the bobcat, and his friend cannot help but agree with him.

Steel jaw traps are incredibly cruel. These guys are jerks for using them.
