The spoof is actually a TV ad for her show, “Off Their Rockers”

First Dolly Parton, now Betty White. If you never imagined these two ladies could have anything in common with Miley Cyrus, particularly with her recent change of image, you obviously didn’t count on the media attention the association would get.

Miley once said that her controversial MTV VMAs 2013 performance was meant to help her “write history” and, judging by the amount of spoofs it generated, I’d say she did just that. The same goes for her Terry Richardson-directed video for “Wrecking Ball.”

Iconic TV actress Betty White has combined the two in a new promo for her show “Off Their Rockers,” which moves from NBC to Lifetime in 2014.

You can see it in full above.

Nothing is funnier than seeing Betty – fully dressed, unlike Miley – swinging on a wrecking ball and going “weee-heee!” or asking for a sledgehammer to kiss lovingly, after drawing inspiration from “recent cultural events that really got the kids talking.”
