New Oxygen reality show aims to bring more drama to the small screen

Just in case you have not had enough of reality television, Oxygen is getting ready to hit you with a new series that might just set a new low in unscripted programming. Above is the pilot for “All My Babies’ Mamas.”

The new show, which Oxygen is believed to have purchased and will air in 2013 (yay for the New Year!), follows around rapper Shawty Lo, or Carlos Walker by his real name, from Atlanta.

He’s always been a player but, as it turns out, you’re not gangster enough until you get a reality show as well. Said and done for Shawty Lo.

Shawty has 11 kids by 10 different women and they all live together under the same roof like one big happy family – except not, because this is reality television and shows of this kind only thrive on conflict and (more or less fake) drama.

Shawty also has a new girlfriend he might be asking to move in, and the fact that, at 19, she’s as old as some of his kids, is bound to create new tension in the house.

While the pilot is out, there’s no specifics yet as to when the new season of the new show will kick off.
