In a week or so Taiwan’s Computex 2014 will be underway. And naturally, ASUS is going to be present at the event with a bunch of new products, including tablets and convertibles.

Today the Taiwanese manufacturer has released its official teaser for Computex 2014 (via TabletsMagazine). The video is pretty short and invites us to tune in to the “the next incredible thing” to be unveiled.

At CES 2014, that was the Transformer Book Duet, the company’s 2-in-1 tablet/laptop hybrid capable of running both Windows 8 and Android. But sadly, the Duet didn't turn out to be a viable product, as both Google and Microsoft put pressure on ASUS to indefinitely postpone the project.

What can we expect? But what will Computex 2014 bring about? Taking a closer look at the video, the ad is most likely riddled with clues indicating which devices ASUS is prepping to send off into the spotlight at the trade show.

In the teaser, we can see somebody write the company’s slogan “the next incredible things” with a pen. This could mean, the stylus plays an important part into what’s going to be unveiled in a few days.

Currently, ASUS has the VivoTab Note 8 tablet available on the market which arrives with a Wacom pen, but since March, some owners of the tablet have been complaining their beloved styluses have stopped working, leaving them high and dry.

ASUS hasn't made any effort at providing a viable fix so far, but who knows, maybe they have learned from this mistake and the next pen-enabled device won’t encounter any bumps.

Android Tablets

According to the rumor mill, ASUS has its bag full of new models. For example, a new Padfone tablet with smartphone dock will probably make an appearance.

On top of that, the Transformer Pad TF103 tablet with keyboard dock and the most powerful TF303 will also greet the eyes of those curious enough to visit ASUS’ stand.

Last but not least, the 2014 Fonepad models are expected to show up. These are budget slates that will be offered with a MagSmart Cover companion and will take advantage of the company’s own ZenUI user interface.

Windows 8 Tablets

And of course, ASUS will not be shunning Windows either. We’ve already told you about the new Transformer Book T100 version that arrives with a better CPU.

Furthermore, we might also spot the ASUS Transformer Book T200, which is the bigger brother of the T100 that arrives with an 11.6-inch screen.
