Wargame: Airland Battle, a game developed by Eugen Systems and published by Focus Home Interactive, has just arrived on Steam for Linux.

The Eugen Systems studio is also responsible for another great strategy already released on the Linux platform called Wargame: European Escalation.

“After invading PCs all over the world in May, Wargame AirLand Battle, the successor to Wargame European Escalation and the new real-time strategy hit from developers Eugen Systems that won enthusiastic acclaim from gamers and critics alike, now opens its Early Access Beta for Mac and Linux!” said the developers in the official announcements.

To celebrate this wonderful news, players will be able to buy the game at a 50% discount, until August 26. Keep in mind that the Linux version hasn't been completed yet and you will only get access to the Beta version, at first.

The final version for Linux and Mac of Wargame: Airland Battle is expected to arrive on August 30.
