The team at developer Eugen Systems and publisher Focus Home Interactive are ready to reveal the tools of war that the German faction of the upcoming Wargame AirLand Battle will use via six new in-game screenshots.

Germany is split between the FRG aka Federal Republic of Germany, in alliance with NATO, and GDR aka German Democratic Republic, allied to the Soviets, and their armies will not hesitate to engage each other.

The two countries will use units such as the: F-104G Starfighter, Panavia Tornado, tank versions based on the T-72, the Mig-17 and the Mig-21.

Wargame AirLand Battle will use the IRISZOOM engine, allowing players to survey the battlefield at the strategic level while also going close to the action in order to watch individual units perform.

The video game is set to launch on the PC exclusively during May.
