Developer Eugen Systems and publisher Focus Home Interactive are delivering four new screenshots for their upcoming Wargame AirLand Battle, a simulation strategy game that shows what would have happened if NATO and Soviet armies clashed during the Cold War.

Players will get to control no less than 200 new combat units on the ground and there are also 150 planes added to the game in order to give players control over most of the real-world units that could have fought during the ‘70s and the ‘80s.

Wargame AirLand Battle is powered by a new version of the IRISZOOM Engine, which is designed to allow the player to zoom out in order to control his forces on a strategic level while also going into the battle to see his units performing.

The game is set to be launched on the PC during this year.
