Developer Fatshark and publisher Paradox Interactive have launched the first gameplay oriented trailer for their upcoming War of the Roses, the multiplayer oriented action game which will be launched exclusively on the PC later during 2012.

The trailer is part of a longer series called “Death Before Dishonor”, designed to show off the various features of the game as the launch date draws near.

The two companies have also announced that they are working with Multiplay in order to increase the performance of the multiplayer part of the game, making sure that servers and lag are never a factor when it comes to enjoying War of the Roses.

Gordon Van Dyke, who is the senior producer at Paradox Interactive, stated, “Much like Paradox, Multiplay is a company that’s community driven and is dedicated to its loyal fan base, I jumped immediately at the chance to collaborate with them again. They are experts in online PC gaming and their feedback during these early stages of development has proven to be invaluable, we couldn’t have picked a better partner to help us fine tune the online experience for War of the Roses.”
