Christy Mack, the adult star who was put in the hospital after a severe beating from estranged boyfriend War Machine, real name Jon Koppenhaver, might be getting all the plastic surgery she needs on her face, to fix the damage, for free. A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon is stepping up to the plate.

The Friday before last, MMA fighter War Machine went to Mack’s Las Vegas home, according to his own statement, to surprise her with an engagement ring and (of course) a marriage proposal. He found her with another man, and they both attacked him, leaving him no other option but to “fight for [his] life.”

In her own statement, Mack says that she and the fighter were no longer an item and that he had moved back to San Diego, out of her home. He had no reason to visit her, and even if she and the other man were doing something else than just hang out, he definitely had no reason to feel jealous.

Still in hospital, Mack was disfigured by War Machine’s fists and legs and also sustained severe injuries to the body. He punched and kicked her, but also tried to stab her with a blunt knife and even to rape her. She needs reconstructive surgery on the face because she plans to go back to her day job once she’s fully able.

Because she doesn’t have the money to get all that surgery, a fundraiser has been set up in her name – and she can already count on $76,840 (€57,566). She’s also been promised she will get her teeth fixed for free, after one kind-hearted specialist saw the gruesome photos she posted to her Twitter, along with the detailed account of the injuries.

Now, TMZ reports, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon is offering to give Mack the surgeries she needs, free of charge.

“Dr. Harrison H. Lee has reached out to Mack, offering facial reconstructive work for free. Dr. Lee says he feels a special responsibility because he's trained in mixed martial arts and knows it should never be abused. It's unclear if Mack is down with the offer, but it sounds like a good deal,” TMZ reports.

Mack is yet to say anything about this new offer on Twitter, where she’s been posting updates from the hospital. Obviously, if she accepts it, she will get to keep the money from donations and use it for something else.

War Machine spent over a week on the run from police after the violent episode. He was caught at a hotel in Simi Valley, when another hotel guest saw him rough up a woman he had been staying with, and called the cops on him.

In other words, on the run from police for beating up a woman to near-death, he was arrested for trying to do the same to another.
