After taking a look at Dell's and CyberPower's offerings for Black Friday, it's about time to go just a little bit more mainstream, so we'll check out what Walmart has in store, at least as far as our area of interest (PCs, electronics, gadgets, etc.) is concered.

The first stop we'll make is in the HDTVs' department, where Walmart lists mostly Full HD (1080p) HDTVs, including both LCD and PDPs, available at various dimensions and price points, one of the sweetest offerings being the Emerson 42" LTDN42V68US 1080P 60HZ LCD HDTV, that sells for $398.00 (various other models from LG, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony and Vizio are also available, at discounted prices).

According to BlackFriday.info, Walmart also lists a few interesting discounted desktops (HP Pavilion Desktop PC Tower w/5GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive, Windows 7 Home Premium - $498.00 and HP Pavilion Slimline Desktop PC Bundle w/AMD Sempron Processor 3GB Memory, 320GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 Home Premium - $398.00).

Plus, they also offer plenty of portable computing system, including here the Acer 10.1" Netbook Bundle - $248.00, Acer Aspire 17.3" Laptop PC w/Intel Dual Core Processor, 4GB Memory, 320GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 - $498.00, eMachines 15.6" Laptop w/2GB Memory, 250GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 - $198.00, HP 15.6" Laptop w/Intel Celeron Processor, 3GB Memory, 250GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 - $298.00 or HP 17.3" Dual Core Laptop w/Pentium Dual Core Processor, 3GB Memory, 320GB Hard Drive - $398.00.

The digital imaging department is filled with discounted offerings, such as the Canon EOS Rebel XS 18-55 IS Deluxe DSLR Camera Bundle - $479.00, the Kodak EasyShare C183 14 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom Digital Camera - $59.00, the Nikon L110 Long Zoom 12.1 Megapixel 15x Optical Zoom Digital Camera - $199.00 or the Sony DSCW330 Cyber-shot 14.1 Megapixel 4x Optical Zoom Digital Camera - $119.00.

The area of Blu-ray players is pretty impressive as well, with some particularly affordable models being the LG Blu-ray Disc Player BD550 - $94.00, the Sony Blu-ray Disc Player BDP-S270 -$94.00 and Magnavox Wi-Fi Blu-ray Disk Player, that sells for just around $69.00.

Other must-haves we've come across are the Seagate FreeAgent 1.5TB Desktop Hard Drive, selling for just around $70.00, the SanDisk 8GB Flash Drive (Red) - $14.00, or the HP Photosmart Plus Wireless Printer - $74.00.

So, if you've liked what you've seen up until now (and you can trust us when we're saying that this is just the tip of the iceberg), then you really should pay Walmart a visit on Black Friday, since you'll certainly save quite a lot of money, while getting more cool products.
