The alarm clock is one of the most useful devices ever developed, but it is also one of the most hated and cursed ones, too. I mean, almost all of us have at least once felt a compelling desire to get a shotgun and shoot the damn thing that keeps ruining that great morning sleep. Well, on the other hand, there are some alarm clocks just too cool to shoot, and one of them is the Rev-olution Alarm Clock presented by the gadgets.dk website.
Why is this device so cool? Well, first of all, it's aimed at car-lovers, because its overall design reminds us of the dashboard of a Mini Cooper S. For example, the display looks like a speedometer, and it's quite a realistic replica, too, since it features a backlight, just like in the case of a usual car. Moreover, the snooze buttons look just like the button normally used for starting the engine, while the other buttons used for setting up the clock are designed in the same automotive theme.
Another great thing about it is that the alarm is not a normal one either, as the device generates the realistic, throaty, roar of a V8 engine. Imagine having a sweet dream and then waking up in the roar of a race car engine. What, you fancy that?
