You can add one more wrestler crossing over into the acting business. Fans of the wrestling circuit are familiar with the Irish fighter calling himself Sheamus, but they probably didn't know that there's a rumor floating around that he's billed to be the next Darth Vader in “Star Wars: Episode VII.”

Since Dwayne Johnson and Dave Bautista are currently hitting the box office with their films, it's really not that big a stretch of the imagination that the red-haired Sheamus would land the part, but most fans were still left open-mouthed at the rumor.

The Irish Mirror has started the rumor and it didn't take long for the fighter to post a response on his Twitter account. He bragged that “I can't confirm that I wont not be reprising role of Darth Vader in Star Wars,” doing this whole double negation weird thing which basically translates into yes.

In the original movies, Darth was actually played by two people, one chosen for his impressive stature and the other for the deep voice. For this new movie, director J.J. Abrams is doing the same thing, tapping Sheamus to act as the man behind the mask, and using James Earl Jones all over again for the voice.
