14 DAY TRIAL // 2K Sports has announced the release of the first piece of downloadable content for its wrestling-themed video game, WWE 2K15, adding many big fighters to the roster, titled the WCW Pack.
The first piece of post-launch DLC weighs in at around 400 MB and features five stars of the ring, namely Lex Luger, Bam Bam Bigelow, Lord Steven Regal, Diamond Dallas Page, and Fit Finlay.
Each of the new fighters comes equipped with a full range of personalized wrestling moves, as well as customized, flashy entrances. The fighters are modeled after their real-life inspirations and also feature a pretty good approximation of their actual abilities, in order to provide a more flavorful in-game experience.
The release of the first DLC pack is also accompanied by the launch of the Sting and Hulk Hogan DLC characters that have until now been exclusive to those who pre-ordered WWE 2K15. Each of the fighters is sold separately and includes two variants, a classic early '90s incarnation and a modern, more edgy NWO version.

In other news, WWE Diva Paige is now also available to those who own the WWE 2K15 Season Pass, but there is no info on when she will be released to the general public. Getting the Season Pass will give you exclusive access to Diva Paige and to the Accelerator, as well as all three 2K Showcase stories, One More Match, Hall of Pain, and Path of the Warrior.
The Showcase packs will include new wrestlers for gamers to play as, as well as new arenas to fight in.
The WCW Superstars Pack is live now on both Xbox and PlayStation home consoles. The pack is not included in the Season Pass, and the upcoming NXT Arrival Pack and New Moves Pack will also share a similar fate.
