Developers attending WWDC 2013 will be taken through six major tracks spanning 100 technical sessions. Among these sessions, application sellers will gain new insight into the In-App Purchase system, the StoreKit API, and more.

As an iOS / OS X developer holding the much coveted $1,599 (€1,229) ticket, Apple welcomes you to several tracks at this year’s WWDC, one of which is dubbed Services.

In a few technical sessions with Apple’s own engineers, programmers will get the chance to see how to extend their app’s functionality, as well as the revenue they expect to make with it.

“Enhance your revenue stream by using In-App Purchase to build a virtual storefront that lets users purchase gold coins in a game, subscribe to a monthly magazine, download new content hosted on Apple servers, and much more,” Apple says.

Regardless of the developer’s chosen business model, the StoreKit API opens new monetization opportunities for everyone.

The Services track also includes sessions that discuss the latest developments in iCloud, some of which are probably not even announced yet.

Social networking will also span a few sessions, showing you how to best integrate your app with the likes of Twitter and Facebook.
