This year Apple is inviting developers to attend a number of key WWDC tracks that will enable them to enhance their iOS and OS X games tenfold.

On its WWDC site Apple boasts that “iOS and OS X deliver an unparalleled lineup of technologies for creating innovative graphical applications and cutting-edge gameplay experiences.”

If you’re a developer attending the June 10-14 event, Apple wants you to pay attention to what its engineers have to say about graphics and games on both platforms.

“Harness an integrated stack of graphics frameworks and GPU hardware to create accelerated 3D rendering, dynamic 2D animations, and fast parallel computation,” the Mac maker notes.

Spanning over several different sessions, this unique technical track will enable you to leverage OpenGL, OpenCL, OpenGL ES, Scene Kit, and other technologies to make your game stand out.

You’ll not only learn new code, but you’ll also “gain insights into the expert techniques and advanced profiling tools used to attain maximum performance.”
