The developers at Blizzard in charge of the coming Warlords of Draenor expansion for World of Warcraft announce that they are preparing to deliver an exclusive Collector's Edition for the upcoming game, designed to appeal to long term fans of the MMO who are looking to get some extra content.

The official announcement by the studio says that the package, which is set to cost 90 dollars or Euro, will include:

- World of Warcraft - Warlords of Draenor — the game on a DVD-ROM;

- Behind-the-Scenes DVD and Blu-ray two disk set - documentaries that show the developers that created the new Draenor areas and the savage warlords who lead it, with more than an hour of commentary and inside info;

- Collector’s Edition soundtrack — with all the orchestral pieces created for the expansion;

- The Art of Warlords of Draenor — the team says gamers will be able to "witness the visual evolution of the expansion in this beautifully bound tome of exclusive Warlord of Draenor art. Through 160 pages of concept pieces, finished illustrations, and CG images, you'll delve into the art team’s vision for a Draenor under siege by the apocalyptic threat of the Iron Horde."

Those who pick up the Warlords of Draenor Collector's Edition will also be able to get content which can be then redeemed inside the MMO.

The Dread Raven Mount and the Dread Hatchling pet can be used to show a player's dedication to World of Warcraft and a number of portraits based Grommash Hellscream and Blackhand can be used in Starcraft.

Blizzard says that gamers can get a Diablo III Warsong Pennant, adding "Don this battle-worn pennant and channel the rage of the Warsong Clan against the demonic forces of Sanctuary."

A card back for Hearthstone is also included.

All the versions of Warlords of Draenor for World of Warcraft also give gamers one boost which can be used to get any character in their roster to level 90 at once.

The expansion will be launched on November 13 of this year and Blizzard says that until then gamers can enjoy a new animated series called Lords of War, which will profile some the most important characters that are part of the story.

At the moment the World of Warcraft has 6.8 million subscribers, which is about half of the biggest subscription based it has ever enjoyed, but the number is expected to increase once Warlords of Draenor is launched.
