The marketing people at Volvo are breaking boundaries to show how strong the company’s trucks are.

In a successful bid to create a viral ad, the company president stands on top of a truck as it is being lifted by a crane.

Claes Nilsson discusses how robust the trucks manufactured by Volvo are. In fact, they have enough traction and strong, reliable parts that they can be lifted with cranes and they will not break apart.

Nilsson is very calm and coherent as he is standing above a bay area to promote the new Volvo FMX.

It's always good when corporate leaders take part in ads, making customers relate and better know them.

The clip was shot in a closed-off section of the Gothenburg harbor in Sweden, the home of Volvo.
