Samsung Galaxy Note has been available in Australia for quite some time now through various carriers. Optus has already confirmed earlier today it will offer the long-awaiting Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in the following days.
Vodafone Australia, another carrier that offers the Galaxy Note, has also announced it has now granted approval for the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update and is now waiting for Samsung to start the rollout.

Although there are no details on delivery method, we expect the update to be pushed either OTA (over the air) or via Samsung Kies
