According to a report by The Moscow Times, the find was originally documented in a local newspaper. The canine with a presidential look was found in central Ukraine, and it has sparked memes in the area.
Photos of President Putin and its doppelganger have created a buzz on social media. Now that I look at photos of the pair side by side, I can see the similarities.
The shape of the eyes is about the same, and the piercing gaze gives the pooch a presidential look. Both look like they are not kidding around.
