Vjay 1.0.1 iOS Adds 1080p Video, Auto-Play Feature

Algoriddim’s cool VJ-ing app, vjay, has received a neat update that enables users to play back content at 1080p resolutions, as well as an auto-play function, and auto-repeat.

Thanking all existing users for some terrific feedback, Algoriddim is happy to bring everyone an update “with significant performance boosts, improvements, and enhanced MIDI control.”

The changelog lists added support for 1080p videos (up to 30 FPS), a new Play Automatically setting, Auto Repeat, fixed compatibility with VoiceOver, new support for Numark Mixdeck Quad and ION iDJ 2 Go MIDI controllers, and improved overall performance. Algoriddim encourages users who like vjay to “please rate it with every update.”

The software is compatible with iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation), and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G and requires iOS 5.1 or later.
