Via the Visual Studio 2010 Sweepstakes members of the Microsoft Partner Network have some extra incentives to help them complete training courses focused on the company’s development platform. However, only US residents that represent Microsoft Partner Network enrolled companies can participate in the Visual Studio 2010 Sweepstakes.
Provided that they’re eligible, potential participants will be able to find a list with the course they need to complete in order to win at the bottom of this article.
Microsoft is offering one Grand Prize, namely a Samsung Series 9 Laptop as well as no less than nine First Prizes (Nook color e-reader).
“Learn how you and your customers can be more creative and more productive, while building high-quality applications. Register for our featured courses, and you’ll get a sweepstakes entry for each course you complete,” a member of the US Partner Learning blog stated.
Visual Studio 2010’s “new and enhanced features ensure quality code and make coding faster than ever. It also helps developers and testers work better together and save time with integrated testing and new debugging tools,” the US Partner Learning blog representative added.
“You can leverage your existing VS skills to write applications targeting different platforms, including SharePoint and the web.”
The Sweepstakes kicked off today, April 1, 2011, will allow participants a shot at winning the prizes lined up until no later than June 30, 2011.
As users will be able to see below, there are a number of courses available. According to the Redmond company, customers will get a new entry and a shot at the prizes for each course they wrap up in the next three months.
