The second Beta release of Oracle's VirtualBox 4.3 app drops support for Solaris 32-bit

Oracle, through Frank Mehnert, has announced on September 9 that the second Beta release of the upcoming and famous VirtualBox 4.3 virtualization software is now available for download and testing for Linux, Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.

The big news for Linux users is that VirtualBox 4.3 Beta 2 fixes 3D desktop rendering issues with the Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) operating system from Canonical.

The second Beta release of the upcoming VirtualBox 4.3 software also fixes crashes on X11 hosts, under certain conditions, and drops support for the 32-bit architecture on Solaris hosts.

VirtualBox 4.3 Beta 2 also includes lots of other fixes and improvements for the Mac OS X and Windows platforms. For more details, please take a look at the official release announcement.
