It looks like Bell won’t be the only carrier to introduce the LG Optimus L5 in Canada. According to the latest hearsay, the Android smartphone is set to arrive at Bell on July 13.

However, the folks over at MobileSyrup have been tipped on the upcoming launch of the Optimus L5 at Virgin Mobile as well.

Even though there are no details on the phone’s exact release date, there’s a high chance that the carrier will launch the Optimus L5 around the same time as Bell.

Rumor has it that Virgin Mobile Optimus L5 will cost around $250 CAD outright and will be shipped with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system onboard.

Hardware-wise, the Optimus L5 is equipped with an 800 MHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM and an Adreno 200 GPU. There’s also 4GB of internal memory inside, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
