14 DAY TRIAL // Senator Marco Rubio has delivered the Republican response to President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address but all the Internet is talking about right now is how thirsty he was as he was doing so.

Even those who didn’t know Rubio’s name until now are likely to remember him after this.
As they say, timing is everything – but timing was definitely off for Rubio on this particular instance.
While speaking, he reaches out for a small bottle of water, which, it turns out, was actually farther away than he’d anticipated.
He sips, rolls the water in his mouth (audibly so) and then looks at the camera with that familiar “oh, you guys saw that?!” expression. Yup, we saw that.
Another saying I imagine would also be suited here, “the Devil is in the details.”
