Getting some exercise is a great idea no matter how you go about it, but you have to admit that some workouts are funnier than others – and none is funnier than the latest viral called Prancercise.

Copyrighted since 1989, the Prancercise looks as silly as it sounds.

“A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation,” Joanna Rohrback, who came up with the idea for it, writes in the description of the new viral video.

Speaking of which, here she is showcasing the new type of workout (above). There doesn’t seem to be any actual method or strict instructions to it, but you definitely need a statement necklace and perhaps a wig too.

Just in case you were wondering, there’s a book too of the Prancercise, called “Prancercise:The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence.” You know, to let your inner horsie run free.

All jokes aside, even prancing around like a horse is good exercise so, if you’re not ashamed to have people staring at you, you might as well give it a try.
