“This is a solemn occasion, this is not a photography session,” he says

One of the things that are high up on any future bride’s to-do list is finding a good photographer for the big day, so that, later down the road, the two have plenty of photos to remember it by. The priest in the video above definitely doesn’t agree with that.

In today’s Viral of the Day, you will see a priest officiating for a young couple when, all of a sudden bothered by the clicking of the cameras behind him (coming from photographers the couple paid for, no doubt), he turns to shoot them away.

The photographers are clearly confused by the unexpected instruction they’d just been given, but they eventually agree to do as they’re told when the priest warns them that he’d leave if they didn’t.

“This is a solemn occasion, this is not a photography session,” the priest stresses, adding that the ceremony isn’t meant to be caught on camera because it’s happening in the presence of God.

From the looks on the bride and groom’s faces, I’d say they’re just as confused by it as the photographers. They’re also not ok with it.
