3 BYU students spread the Christmas joy, kiss strangers under the mistletoe

Here’s something to get you in the Christmas spirit, just in case you’re not there yet. Three BYU students set out to determine whether people still stick to Christmas traditions – and whether they would be willing to do so with someone they never met before.

Kaitlin and Nate agreed to act as bait to students (but not only) taking a faux survey. The last question on the survey is whether the mistletoe tradition still stands – and the answer is put to the test in front of the camera.

Check out the video above to see how that played out.

While most students play along and offer a kiss either on the lips or the cheek, one particular girl was not at all pleased with the “offer,” so she slapped Nate harder than he probably deserved it.

All in all though, it’s good fun. Merry Christmas and kisses all around!
