Here’s one reporter who can teach us all a lot about being a good sport – like, a truly really good sport. Lee Valsvik, a reporter for a Minnesota NBC affiliate, got tackled on live TV during a broadcast from the Union rooftop.

Check out the video above to see how that went down.

Valsvik was covering the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers game from the rooftop of the Union when she got tackled and hurled to the ground by a man whom reports identify as her camera man.

Though she clearly hit the table near her pretty hard, Valsvik was a champ about it, insisting that she was ok. She was clearly amused by the whole thing, which is more than I could say for myself were I in her shoes.

Her awesome reaction is even more awesome if you think she might only be putting a brave face for the camera – and her camera guy’s sake.
