14 DAY TRIAL // Since before the “Ship My Pants” ad that many found simply too “offensive” to be funny, Kmart has been slowly but surely managing to bring more attention onto itself. The ad above is the perfect follow-up to “Ship My Pants.”
The fact that it’s already gone viral is proof of that.
It’s called “Big Gas Savings,” but that probably means nothing to you. The thing with the name is to say it really fast, just like the actors in the ad do.
Call it smart wordplay or potty humor of the cheapest kind, or call it whatever else you may feel best describes it, but this ad is surely yet another effective way of making Kmart stand out.
In other words, it’s a big gas winner, if you know what I’m saying. And I think you do.
