Actor promotes “Now You See Me,” doesn’t quite click with Romina

Do you remember how awesome Mila Kunis was when a male reporter totally freaked out about interviewing her? The video above is the exact opposite of that.

Jesse Eisenberg recently sat down with Romina of Univision News to promote “Now You See Me,” and the result was that he’s now being labeled a douche online.

Romina writes on the Univision blog that she’s never been this humiliated in her life.

“When the five minute ‘interview’ (more like self-esteem butchering) were finally over I went behind a curtain to wait for the memory cards from the interview. I peaked around the curtain to ask Jesse about his neighborhood in New York (he lives a few blocks from where I used to live) and he immediately says, ‘You’re still here?’ UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH,” she writes.

It’s pretty obvious from the video above that she’s nervous and he has a short temper or simply plenty of banter on him, just as it’s obvious that the entire thing is awkward.

Many believe they’re just flirting, but there are also voices saying she was the first to act in an unprofessional manner, and he just responded the same way.

My two cents: she was nervous and tried to make a joke of it, but couldn’t keep up when Jesse tried to do the same. He might have crossed a line a bit (“hey, you’re on my time!”) but she was unprofessional.

So, what do you think?
