A new poster for Woody Harrelson's latest movie, “Rampart,” has been revealed. It's viral official artwork, plastered on walls in cities all across America, and it's as shocking as it gets.

Click on the image above to see it in full.

In the film, which opens in theaters on February 10 and is believed to bring Harrelson's most superb performance to date, he plays an LA cop who believes himself above the law.

In his constant struggle to bring criminals to justice, he oversteps boundaries and often becomes one himself.

The moment he's caught on camera beating up a suspect in the street, he's forced to reassess himself and his career – the viral poster is a shot from this particular scene, as you might have guessed.

Until the nominations for the Oscars 2012 were announced a short while ago, it was believed Harrelson would also get a nod for his brilliant performance in the film.

By the looks of the trailer alone – see below – he more than deserved one. But, as they say, it's never too late.
