Apple has announced that developers enrolled with its iPhone Developer Program can now download videos from the iPhone Tech Talks 2009. Code-savvy individuals are encouraged to review the material in question in order to improve their techniques and enhance their iPhone apps, learning from Apple’s technology evangelists.

“iPhone Developer Program members now have access to videos from the iPhone Tech Talks 2009,” Apple says on the News and Announcements section of its iPhone Dev Center. “Watch these videos to learn advanced techniques to enhance the capability, functionality, and usability of your iPhone apps. Apple’s Technology Evangelists take you deep into coding and design techniques so that you can take your apps to the next level.”

“The iPhone Tech Talks provide you with guidance, insight, and advice on how to take your app to the next level,” the Mac maker adds, elsewhere on its website. “Kick off the day with key recommendations for your development and learn about the powerful technologies you'll use to create great iPhone applications,” Apple informs. To download the full versions of the Essentials videos, you must be registered as an Apple Developer. Available to members of the iPhone Developer Program are the full versions of the Advanced videos and iPhone Developer Forums.

In related news, Apple has started sending out emails to registered iPhone developers confirming that its review board is now accepting iPad applications. The company has mentioned a “grand opening” for iPad apps, and said that only apps developed with iPhone SDK 3.2 Beta 5 will be accepted for this initial review. “iPad will begin shipping soon and your opportunity to be part of the grand opening of the iPad App Store starts today,” Apple’s email says. “Submit your iPad app now for an initial review by the App Review Team and receive feedback on its readiness for the grand opening.” Developers must submit their apps by March 27, 5pm PDT.
