The reptiles appear to be surrounding the infant as if they are guarding him. The four of them create a barrier against intruders and seem to resemble the structure of a poster bed.
One user explains that this scene could be part of a more elaborate show or a hoax. Cobras are often used in stunts in India, and their teeth are removed. Since they cannot bite, they no longer pose a danger to the baby.
