14 DAY TRIAL // A video of a bear playing tetherball has become a YouTube sensation. There are a lot of tetherball clips there, and most of them involve cuter, smaller animals, such as cats or dogs.
It could be that it is completely unexpected to see a bear so entertained by a giant ball, but this video has gone viral in the three days it has spent on YouTube.
It has been uploaded on Sunday, October 12 and it has garnered 370,000 views. This clip was submitted by user laserjobs.
It features Eli, a black bear in the care of the Animal Ark Zoo in Reno, Nevada.
In some of the shots Eli seems to want to get rid of the ball, as if it were a mosquito. In others, he appears to ride it, channeling Miley Cyrus in her “Wrecking Ball” video.
