14 DAY TRIAL // The summer catalog for Victoria’s Secret swimsuit 2013 line is out today. Angel Candice Swanepoel is featured again on the cover, while many other famous Angels are featured inside, rocking the newest VS swimsuits, which are bound to be everywhere this summer on beaches all over the world.
The photo attached to this article is the official cover of the first issue, while below you will find an embedded video meant to promote it, starring Candice and Doutzen Kroes.

Speaking of being chosen again for the cover, Candice tells People magazine she grew up dreaming of this day: the day when she’d front such a major campaign for such an iconic brand.
“It was such an honor to be picked for the cover. It is such an iconic catalogue. Before I was a model, I used to see Gisele Bündchen, Tyra Banks and all of those iconic women on it. It is amazing that a little South African girl can get on the cover,” the stunning model says.
Working with photographer Russell James in Miami and Turks and Caicos meant Candice could be herself in front of the camera and, for once, forget about the pressure to look perfect, she says for the same media outlet.
We’d say she did a wonderful job at looking perfect even without trying too hard.
“Victoria’s Secret is like a big family. The swim shoots are always really fun, and I love being on the beach. I can’t really complain [about my job] — I feel very lucky!” Candice explains.
Three other issues of the Swim Catalog, shot in Tulum and St. Barts, will be released next, together with additional music videos similar to the one below, set to Bruno Mars’ song “Locked Out of Heaven.” Quite an appropriate choice, if you think about it.
